MAIN BEDROOM/
BATHROOM

CLEANING AND STAGING GUIDELINES

MAIN BEDROOM:

  • NOTE: All rugs throughout the home are affixed to the floor with tape so they do not move. Please keep them affixed. All rugs will need to be vacuumed.

  • NOTE: All floors throughout the home will need to be vacuumed and mopped. To avoid damaging the wood floors, use a damp microfiber mop only.

  • NOTE: Be sure to clean underneath the beds, dresser, and nightstands.

  • Change sheets and tan duvet covers after each guest stay (extra sets are in the foyer cleaning closet). Note: The actual white duvet itself only needs washed as necessary. Likewise, the pillow protectors and mattress protectors only need washed as necessary.

  • Ensure duvet covers are wrinkle-free and neatly tucked under the beds at 90 degree corner folds.

  • Wash sheets and duvet covers after each guest stay. Use dryer sheets to reduce wrinkles and static cling/hair from sticking to them. Fold and place in foyer cleaning closet.

  • Dust and wipe down all furniture, blinds, window sills, baseboards, bedroom and closet doors, dirty spots on walls, artificial plants, lamps, ceiling fan, filled bowls, and decor.

  • NOTE: To avoid damaging the TVs, dust with a feather duster or microfiber rag only.

  • Wipe down the shelving in the closet and inside of all dresser and side table drawers.

  • NOTE: If guests left any items behind, text owner a photo of the items and place them in Lost & Found.

  • Ensure all bedroom furniture and closet items are staged as shown in the photos below. Ensure beds are evenly aligned under artwork.

  • Ensure all decor is staged as shown in the photos below including: wall art, throw pillows, towel sets, artificial plants, lamps, filled bowls, coasters, and sculptures.

  • NOTE: Ensure each bed has 2 towels sets displayed as shown in the photos below. A towel set = 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. Click here for instructions on how to fold and stage the towels.

  • Make sure 2 remotes - Roku and Cox Cable - are in the bowl on the dresser under the TV.

  • Ensure all hangers in the closet are neatly organized and pushed to one side.

  • Ensure 2 spare blankets are zipped in the labeled bags. Note: If the spare blankets have been used, be sure to wash them.

  • Ensure the pack-n-play is folded and placed in its bag in the closet and a clean crib sheet is in the zipped bag on top of it.

  • Ensure the high chair is clean and folded in the closet as shown in the photos below.

  • Text owner photos of the bedroom and master closet.

  • Report any damaged or missing items to owner and provide supporting photos.
