COURTYARD/FRONT

• Remove and discard large debris from driveway.

• Remove and discard flyers left on courtyard gate or front door.

• Remove and discard large debris (including leaves) on artificial turf.

• Knock down cobwebs on front porch and clean front porch windows.

• Sweep front porch.

• Check mat on front porch; if worn out, replace it.

• Wipe down all courtyard and front porch furniture.

• Close and tie all umbrellas.

• Ensure garden hose is rolled up in container.

• Ensure 12 outdoor pillows are located in front porch bin; wipe down inside of bin and pillows as necessary.

• Ensure furniture is placed in courtyard as shown in photos.

• Text owner a photo of the courtyard and a photo of the front porch.

• Report any damaged or missing items to owners and provide supporting photos.
