LIVING RM/DINING

• NOTE: All rugs throughout the home are affixed to the floor with tape so they do not move. Please keep them affixed. All rugs will need to be vacuumed.

• NOTE: All floors throughout the home will need to be vacuumed and mopped. To avoid damaging the wood floors, use a damp microfiber mop only.

• Dust and wipe down all furniture, blinds, window sills, baseboards, lamps, ceiling fan, dirty spots on walls, artificial plants, pillows, sculptures, filled bowls, and decor. Note: Make sure blinds are closed when cleaning is completed.

• NOTE: To avoid damaging the TVs, dust with a feather duster or microfiber rag only.

• Check all coffee table and side table drawers to make sure they are clean and empty.

• Ensure all living room and dining area furniture is staged as shown in the photos below.

• Ensure all decor is staged as shown in the photos below including: wall art, throw pillows, artificial plants, lamps, filled bowls, coasters, and sculptures.

• Make sure 2 Arizona Travel Books and filled bowl are on the coffee table.

• Make sure 3 remotes - including Roku, Cox Cable, and Sound Bar - are in the bowl on the stand beside the TV.

• Make sure 3 cables - 2 for iphone and one for Android - are plugged into the outlet inside the TV console. Replace any damaged or missing cables.

• Ensure all games are arranged inside TV console as shown. Replace any damaged or missing games.

• Ensure sound bar, speakers, and subwoofer are arranged as shown in photos below.

• Make sure 8 chairs are neatly pushed in around dining table.

• Ensure 8 green placemats are evenly spaced at each seating area on dining table.

• Make sure 2 hot pads and filled bowl are on dining table as shown in the photos below.

• Text owner photos of the living room, TV area, dining area, and foyer.

• Report any damaged or missing items to owners and provide supporting photos.
